Best Runway Looks At Paris Haute Couture Week 2018

This season Paris Haute Couture Week didn’t at all disappoint us with its schedule full with the big names of the fashion industry. The week took place from July 1 to July 5, 2018. The first day featured Givenchy’s designer Clare Weight Keller who presented her stellar assortment of winter- fall couture 2018. Armani, Chanel, Ralph and Russo, Dior and more went back to the basics and paid reverence to the early days of brand styles. The shows were innovative and varied while showing a concept to ponder upon.

Here are the best winter-fall runway looks at Paris Haute Couture Week 2018.

giorgio armani prive

This layered dress from Geogeo Armani Prive’s collection seems to come right from Disney princesses’ wardrobes. The Italian designer used the dangling earrings come necklace look completely in sync with the outfit.

HIT: Valentino

“That is what couture is for me, a place where you [can express] your vision of beauty, your intimate dreams.”  This is what Pierpaolo Piccioli said at his Valentino show. The lilac feathery dress can sure be an intimate dream for everyone.

Christian Dior

Maria Grazia Chauri showcased her latest Dior collection with a collection full of feathery, dreamy and surreal combinations. This sea green colored, pleated gown shows how artful the renowned designer can get.

Karl Lagerfeld definitely outdid himself with his fall couture this year by paying homage to the post-war Paris. With the tight framed grey shimmering body and white flares, the model gave an impression of a warrior rather than the usual damsel in distress.

Clare Waight Keller unveiled her collection of dark colors while playing with the feminine and masculine aspects of the clothing. The high riding glittery pants, cape, and the metallic belt made the model look smoldering and sensual.

Ralph And Russo

ralph and russo couture

This caped yellow dress was the highlight of the couple’s fall 2018 couture. The crystal earrings and bold red lipstick showed the accurate portrayal of the femme fatale of the 90s.

Giambattista Valli

This year Giambattista Valli’s show was all about bows and net veils. With a bit of ghetto style, this polka dot off shoulder dress is at the peak of elegance.
