Men’s Jewelry- A fashion Necessity For Today’s Men

Men’s Jewelry- an accessory that was used to be known as the cause of men’s aversion (Oh! The irony) and considered a domain of hipsters only in the past- are today’s well-appreciated adornments.

Gone are the days when men used to visit jewelry shops only when they were either going on their knees or if their female counterpart wanted a gift. Not so surprisingly, men have grown to feel more assured exhibiting their own looks now.

Men’s bracelets- A trend

Guess what? Men’s bracelets are really a trend now. We are living in an age where men’s accessory choices go beyond watches and cufflinks. People don’t actually think wearing anything more than the two, is an exaggerated fashion statement now.

If you’re confused and sweating over how to choose your bracelets among many, then don’t worry here I am!

There are essentially four types of bracelets.

  • Leather
  • Woven
  • Beaded
  • Metal

My first advice would be to ALWAYS keep in mind your body proportions. Big and thick bracelets will only make a small wrist look smaller. (Don’t forget to apply this rule to all of the Men’s Jewellery!)

Pair it with essentials

If you are not an over-doer and refuse to look like a gap year student then simply go with essentials. Wear your Rolex or cufflinks or accented blazer buttons. These are all the simple and basic jewelry that won’t get you thrown off a meeting ever.

Match your metals

Men's Jewelry

Kindly never let your metals clash, it tends to go hard on eyes and looks awful. If you are wearing bright gold cufflinks, you can either pair it with equally blingy jewelry or you can try to tone down the luster by wearing something bronze. Though silver is less-ostentatious, it can be paired with gold too.

Style with chain necklace

We all are familiar with heavy metallic chains, among other Men’s Jewellery worn by Rockstars. However, to avoid feeling like confined-in-shackles look, you can always use light simple chain necklaces like the ones with pendants or dog tags. It will give you a military man look while boosting your masculinity.

Fashion is all about improvisation. So, it’s better if you try different combinations of the men’s jewelry and decide what suits your looks the best.
